9am-6pm (grounds clear at 7pm)
October – March
10am-4pm (grounds clear at 5pm)
Closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Years Day
*Because the zoo remains open year round, some animals may be off display, and some exhibits may be closed due to weather.

Adults (Ages 13-59) $6.80 + tax
Youth (Ages 3 – 12) $3.80 + tax
Infant (Age 2 & Under) Free
Seniors (Ages 60+) $6.00 + tax

Winter Hours: The Carrousel may operate during school holidays and weekends. Operation is weather and attendance dependent – please call ahead at 605-367-7003.

PRE-REGISTERED GROUPS
Group Registration
We strongly encourage all groups (schools, seniors, businesses, etc.) that are coming to the Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum to call ahead to let us know the date, arrival time and size of your group. This information will help us when scheduling staff and volunteers for those busy visitor days throughout the year. Please call ahead at (605) 367-8313, ext 10.
Educational Programs
If you would like to schedule an education program during your group visit, please contact our Education Department at (605) 367-8313, ext 14. If you are calling the Education Department after “regular operating hours,” please leave your full name and your complete phone number so a staff person can contact you for complete details of your visit.
*To qualify for group rates, we require a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance with 20 or more guests. Regular admission rates apply to groups smaller than 20 guests.
